Our Recruitment Process

Applying for a job at Karara

The best way to apply for a job with us is to submit your resume online via our website opportunities page in response to our advertised vacancies.  When you have completed the online application process, your resume is stored in our recruitment database.  Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted directly to commence the selection process.

Submitting an expression of interest

If you do not find a job that matches your interests, you can submit an expression of interest online.  When you have completed the online application process, your resume is stored in our resume database.

We encourage applicants to visit our website regularly for updated vacancies.

What to expect after submitting an application

After you submit your online application, you will receive an email confirming that your application has been received.  Karara's recruitment team will evaluate your skills and experience, and determine a shortlist of applicants.

If you are selected to proceed through the selection process, you will be contacted and advised of the next stage in the recruitment process.  If you are unsuccessful at this stage, you will be notified by email.
