Karara Mining Limited（以下简称“卡拉拉公司”）拟开展FE001衬板升级项目采购，现公开征集具有相关技术能力和供货经验的潜在供应商，欢迎有意向的单位报名参与。
Karara Mining Limited (“KML”) intends to undertake procurement for the FE001 Liner Upgrade Project and invites expressions of interest from prospective suppliers with relevant technical capabilities and supply experience.

本项目拟通过衬板升级，提高相关部位的耐磨性能和使用寿命，减少更换频次，满足现场生产及设备维护需求。
The project aims to improve wear resistance and extend the service life of liners in the relevant areas through a liner upgrade, reducing replacement frequency and supporting site operations and equipment maintenance requirements.
二 拟采购范围及主要要求
2 Proposed Scope of Supply and Key Requirements
本项目拟采购适用于FE001相关部位的耐磨衬板。具体供货范围、规格、数量、配套附件及技术服务要求，以正式招标文件及技术规范书为准。
The proposed procurement covers wear-resistant liners for the relevant areas of FE001. The detailed scope of supply, specifications, quantities, associated accessories and technical service requirements will be set out in the formal tender documents and technical specifications.
拟供产品应满足现场工况和设备安装要求，具备相应的耐磨、抗冲击性能及使用可靠性。供应商应能够提供产品技术资料、材质及质量检验文件，并说明产品使用寿命、质量保证及售后技术支持方案。
The proposed products shall be suitable for the site operating conditions and equipment installation requirements, with appropriate wear resistance, impact resistance and operational reliability. Suppliers shall be capable of providing product technical information, material documentation and quality inspection records, together with details of the proposed service life, warranty and after-sales technical support arrangements.
具体交货期限、交货地点、验收标准及商务条款将在正式招标文件中明确。
The delivery schedule, delivery location, acceptance criteria and commercial terms will be specified in the formal tender documents.
三 潜在供应商要求
3 Prospective Supplier Requirements
- 依法注册并有效存续，具备独立履行供货合同的能力。
Be duly registered and validly existing, with the capacity to enter into and perform a supply contract.
- 具备矿山耐磨衬板或类似产品的设计、制造或供货经验。
Have experience in the design, manufacture or supply of wear-resistant liners for mining applications or similar products.
- 具备满足项目要求的质量管理、生产组织及交付保障能力。
Have the quality management, production coordination and delivery capabilities necessary to meet the project requirements.
- 能够根据采购方提供的图纸、技术规范及现场工况提出适用的供货方案。
Be capable of proposing a suitable supply solution based on the drawings, technical specifications and site operating conditions provided by the Purchaser.
- 能够提供必要的技术支持及售后服务。
Be capable of providing the necessary technical support and after-sales services.

Interested suppliers are requested to submit the following:
- 公司简介及有效的企业注册证明；
A company profile and valid business registration documentation;
- 相关产品介绍及技术能力说明；
Information on relevant products and technical capabilities;
- 类似项目供货业绩；
Details of previous supply experience on similar projects;
- 项目联系人姓名、职务、联系电话及电子邮箱；
The project contact’s name, position, telephone number and email address;
- 如以代理商身份报名，请说明拟供产品的制造商及代理合作关系。
Where the applicant is an agent, details of the proposed manufacturer and the agency relationship.
本阶段主要征集供应商参与意向及相关能力资料，正式报价要求另行通知。
This stage is intended to collect expressions of interest and information on supplier capabilities. Formal quotation requirements will be advised separately.

KML will progress the procurement process taking into account the submissions received and the project requirements. Formal tender arrangements will be advised separately.
本公告仅用于征集潜在供应商，不构成采购承诺或授标保证。最终采购范围、技术要求、商务条件及投标安排，以正式发布的招标文件为准。
This notice is issued solely to invite expressions of interest from prospective suppliers and does not constitute a commitment to purchase or a guarantee of contract award. The final procurement scope, technical requirements, commercial terms and tender arrangements shall be governed by the formally issued tender documents.
